On June 30, 2025, the Indigenous Women’s Justice Team hosted a second progress update on the Indigenous Women’s Justice Plan (IWJP).
In holding true to our values of transparency and accountability, the team provided an update on the work that has moved forward, as well as challenges encountered since the last update in October 2024, with a focus on three priority Strategies:
- Strategy 8: Man Camps and Resource Extraction
- Strategy 9: Crisis Response
- Strategy 15: Legislation and Policy
